Terms and Conditions

ORDERS
1. Any purchase of our products will be governed by these terms.

2. All products are subject to availability.

3. All orders are subject to acceptance by us & may be withheld at our absolute discretion.

4. The quantity, quality and description of any specifications for the products shall be those set out in the site but you should be aware that the images appearing on the website are not always accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions in any price or other information without any liability.

5. All advice or recommendations are followed entirely at your own risk

DELIVERY

1. STANDARD NEXT DAY DELIVERIES carry a £7.95 charge.

Orders placed on Next Day delivery are dispatched with FASTWAY and will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. Our courier company aims to deliver before 1.00pm . Items can be delivered on our next working day service as long as they are ordered before 12.00am (Mon - Fri). Please note that orders dispatched 'Next Day' on Friday may not be delivered on Saturday, our courier company reserves the right to deliver on 'non-working days', subject to capacity, in which case orders will be delivered on a Monday.

2. In stock items will generally be dispatched the same day but some out of stock products may take longer. Any delivery date will be an estimate only, although CNV Systems Ltd will always strive to make sure your goods are delivered next working day. We shall not be liable for delays caused by matters out of our control.

3. Any claim based on any defect in quality or condition of the products must be notified to us within 24 Hours of delivery after which you will deem to have accepted the goods.

4. Risk of damage to or loss of the product shall pass to you at the point at which they are delivered, please check the goods before signing for them. Once signed for you take responsibility for the goods.

6. For UK couriered consignments we reserve the right to charge a GBP15 (£15) charge for redirection to address other then the delivery address specified in your original order. If no delivery address is specified consignments will automatically be sent to the billing address.

7. We do not accept any liability for delays caused by items that are out of stock.

PAYMENT

1. Payment is due on dispatch of your order. Upon placing your order we will pre-authorize your card which means the amount is reserved and removed from your available spending limit but the funds are not deducted (and thus not show on your statement) until the goods are due for dispatch. We will be shown on your statement as debiting by CNV SYSTEMS LTD - PAYPAL.

2. If items need to be credited back to your account then the full amount will be debited and then a credit processed afterwards. This may take a few days to come through.

3. Our website prices are displayed in GBP, as are all payments on your bank statements. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES.

4. All prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice to reflect any increase in the cost to us.

5. We aim to protect legitimate credit card owners from fraud and therefore will report to the necessary authorities any person attempting to use a card which they are not been authorized to use.

PROPERTY

1. Property in the product shall pass to you provided your payment has cleared and/or received.

2. CNV SYSTEMS LTD asserts all of its intellectual property rights in all of its promotional materials and trademarks.

WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

1. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not have any liability for the content of any websites which link into this site.

2. All products supplied conform to all relevant British and European standards.

3. All products are supplied with a full 12 months warranty, the details of which are available on request.

4. If there is a defect in any of the products then we will replace the defective products free of charge or if you choose not to have a replacement you are entitled to a full refund of the price of the product (or a proportionate part of the price). Your statutory rights are unaffected.

5. We will use all of our power to ensure that the Site remains available at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the Site will operate continuously or will be error free. We therefore cannot accept any liability for any failure or non-availability of the Site.

6. We do not accept, and hereby exclude to the fullest extent permissible under law, any liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage including, but not limited to, any loss of data, profit, revenue or business however caused. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed as excluding or limiting liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

7. Please note that all warranties will require proof of installation by a qualified marine electrician or technician.


RETURNING FAULTY GOODS


We hope that these goods are correct but if not please find below our refund policy:

1. If any product that is purchased is faulty we will exchange it for an identical replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging and the fault is notified to us. The replacement is at the discretion of the management/technician. Some goods may require to be returned to our manufacturing facility for warranty confirmation.

2. We want you to be confident that you have the full support of our technical team when making a purchase and that should any product prove to be faulty we will ensure it is dealt with accordingly. Should you believe that any product you have purchased from us is faulty, first contact us letting us know the problem, giving us as much detail as you can and one of our team will let you know of the best action to take. If the item needs to be returned we will do everything to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. (This will not affect your statutory rights).

3. Please contact CNV SYSTEMS LTD before returning any unwanted items. A full refund (minus the cost of posting the item to you) can be issued for any unused returned goods. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for goods that were a special order. You will be given a returns code by a member of our staff- please make a note of this code on your till receipt.

4. When returning goods please enclose a copy of your purchase invoice , and all contact details (including daytime phone). It is essential that you write your returns authorization code on your invoice before returning the goods. Items will not be processed if this code is not present.

7. Please be aware that any item damaged in transit is the responsibility of the courier and NOT CNV SYSTEMS LTD. We advise all customers to report any damage/compensation directly to the COURIER.


EXPORT


1. If goods are to be shipped or used overseas, please email us for a shipping quotation, we regularly ship our products worldwide.

2. We do not offer a refund (excluding faulty items) to countries outside of the European Union.

3. Consignments dispatched to addresses outside of the UK may only be sent to the registered billing address as held your credit card company.

4. Due to it being a circumstance beyond our reasonable control, we do not accept any responsibility for shipment delays due to customs issues and/or for any excise duties levied on a consignment.

VAT


1. Any order made from the UK or EU will include 15% VAT unless exempt e.g. BFPO or European Business.

PRIVACY POLICY


1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the data protection act 1998) and according to which web trader code of conduct.

2. We will only collect information given at the time of ordering or registering. We confirm that we will not pass on any of your information to any other company. Any information collected by CNV SYSTEMS LTD will only be used to send further offers or promotional items to you by CNV SYSTEMS LTD. Your details will be automatically added to our mailing list, if you do not wish us to send to you any further offers or promotional materials then please e-mail us at info@jetski-track.com

GENERAL
1. You are not entitled to assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this contract.

2. This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

3. Calls to CNV SYSTEMS LTD regarding any terms and conditions are to be made between the hours of 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri.

Any equipment purchased and received from CNV SYSTEMS LTD is done so on the understanding that all systems and equipment will be fitted by a suitably qualified electrician or technician
